Independent retailer and trademarks

District 9 TCG is an independent retailer of Pokémon trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, toys, plushies, and custom mystery products.

District 9 TCG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA).

Pokémon names, characters, artwork, logos, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to these names and marks identify the products offered and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.

Product descriptions and images

Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing. Listings specify whether an item contains individual cards, factory-sealed products, graded cards, or a custom mystery assortment.

Some promotional images are digitally created or enhanced illustrations. Packaging artwork and illustrative cards do not identify the exact contents of a mystery product. Any specific contents or guarantees are stated in the applicable product description.

Mystery products

Custom mystery products are separate from factory-sealed Pokémon products unless the listing expressly states that sealed products are included.

For mystery assortments assembled by Magic Chest, District 9 TCG does not know the order of the cards after assembly. Products are selected at random.

Card quantities, exclusions, holo rates, graded-card odds, and guarantees vary by product and apply only as expressly stated in that product’s listing. A guarantee offered for one product does not apply to other products.

Duplicates may occur unless otherwise stated. Specific Pokémon, sets, cards, or monetary values are not guaranteed unless expressly promised in the listing. Approximate odds do not guarantee an outcome across a particular number of purchases.

Graded cards and collectible values

Where a listing guarantees a PSA-graded card, the minimum grade will be stated in that listing. The assigned grade reflects the grading company’s assessment.

Collectible prices can change. District 9 TCG does not promise future appreciation, resale value, or investment returns.
